The first two games produced very different matches in terms of content, but with one constant: both results were close, and Cavalry came out on top.
10 days ago, Cavalry won 2-1, while the first meeting earlier this season ended in a narrow 1-0 victory, thanks to a penalty converted by Tobias Warschewski.
For Supra, one of the challenges will be to see the game through to the end against a team that has taken points away from them in the final minutes of both games.

While the standings are very different, with Cavalry chasing first place and Supra fighting for a playoff spot, both teams have been enjoying positive results recently.

This match will once again be a battle between two of the league's in-form attackers.
For Supra, Loïc Kwemi remains the leader in the PLC scoring charts and is in scintillating form. The forward has scored 7 goals in his last 8 appearances, along with one assist. He also added an assist in the Canadian Championship to that impressive tally.
Tobias Warschewski, meanwhile, has found the back of the net less frequently in recent matches, with just 2 goals in his last 6 games, but he made his mark on the scoresheet by providing 3 assists against Inter Toronto. Overall this season, he has scored 6 goals and provided 5 assists, highlighting his importance and his ability to make a difference for Cavalry this season.
Nevertheless, danger can come from anywhere in the Cavalry lineup. The Alberta side, the league's highest-scoring team with 30 goals, scored 5 times against Inter Toronto through 5 different goalscorers.

A busy schedule

On Tuesday, the Québec side will travel to Ottawa to face Atlético in the second leg of the Canadian Championship quarter-final. Having won the first leg 3-1, they have a great opportunity to reach the semi-finals and face Forge FC. They will then have to quickly turn their attention back to the playoff race just 4 days later, against the same opponent, this time at home, before travelling to face Forge FC.
Eliminated from the Canadian Championship by the Vancouver Whitecaps in July, Cavalry have a lighter schedule, but one filled with challenges. After this match against Supra, they will face two of their main rivals near the top of the standings: Forge FC and Atlético Ottawa.
In short, for both teams, a win would be welcome ahead of a busy few weeks.
