The young local midfielder has been key to the new club's success

After a strong opening month with his hometown club, Alessandro Biello has been named the Canadian Premier League's U-21 Player of the Month for April 2026.

The 20-year-old midfielder from Montréal started all three of FC Supra du Québec's matches during the month, putting in strong performances in the centre of the park.

During the month of April, he showed strong composure and intensity on both sides of the ball. Biello completed 89.3 per cent of his 119 passes.

He has also won a team-leading 17 duels, won six tackles and made 10 interceptions (the third most in the CPL in April).
