Cavalry FC announced Thursday the club has acquired Canadian forward Owen Graham-Roache on loan from CF Montréal until the end of 2026.
Graham-Roache, 18, arrives at Cavalry from CF Montréal, where he joined the club’s academy in 2020 from Montreal youth club Rapides de LaSalle. He made his professional debut on April 27, 2025 against New York Red Bulls, and has so far made 15 appearances for the first team across all competitions.
“Owen is a top young talent, and he’s shown that recently with both CF Montréal and the Canada Men’s U-20 National Team,” said Tommy Wheeldon Jr., Head Coach & General Manager, Cavalry FC. “We’re appreciative that CF Montréal trusts us to help with the next part of his development. He’s a quick, dynamic forward with an eye for goal, and we believe he’ll add another dimension to our attacking depth as we enter the run-in.”
Born in Montreal, Graham-Roache was called up by Canada in 2025 for the Concacaf U-17 Championship and scored in a 6-1 win over Turks and Caicos. He followed that up a year later in 2026, getting called up to Canada’s Concacaf U-20 Championship Qualification, where he scored five goals en route to Canada qualifying. He also scored a notable early first-half goal against Mexico in the Concacaf U-20 Championship.
“It means a lot to be joining Cavalry,” said Graham-Roache. “They’re a club that is doing very well in the league right now and to be a part of a winning side will be helpful in my development as a player.”
