Inter Toronto's Diego Urtiaga has been named the Canadian Premier League's Allstate Goalkeeper of the Month for May 2026.

On May 17, he kept a clean sheet in a 1-0 victory over Pacific FC, earning the CPL's Player of the Week award for Matchweek 6.

During a month where Inter Toronto went 2-1-1, Urtiaga made a league-leading 12 saves.

He also completed 78 of 97 passes, demonstrating excellent distribution during the month. He leads the league in saves on the season so far, with 25.

Urtiaga joins April Allstate Goalkeeper of the Month Dimitry Bertaud of Forge in receiving the honour this season.
