Callum Irving (Vancouver FC)
Irving's incredible heroics in net were key to earning a pair of important draws for Vancouver FC. He saved late penalties against both Inter Toronto on Wednesday and Forge FC on Saturday, and has now set the single-season CPL record for penalty saves with four.
Defenders
Morey Doner (Vancouver FC)
The Vancouver FC fullback scored his first two goals of the season, one each in the Eagles' two matches this week. He opened the scoring against Inter Toronto, before scoring a crucial equalizer against Forge on Saturday.
Amer Didić (Cavalry FC)
A second straight appearance in the Team of the Week for Didić comes following a goal and an assist in Cavalry's 6-0 win over FC Supra on Friday. Defensively, he won four of five duels and made five clearances.
Manjrekar James (Forge FC)
James has made an instant impact since rejoining Forge, and scored his first of the season in a 1-1 draw with Vancouver on Saturday. He also completed 64 of 68 passes, and made seven clearances.
Christian Greco-Taylor (Pacific FC)
Greco-Taylor played a lovely assist for Ronan Kratt for Pacific's third goal. He created two chances, won four of six duels and played 20 passes in the final third.
Midfielders
Eryk Kobza (Cavalry FC)
Kobza was outstanding in the centre of the park for Cavalry on Friday, picking up a pair of assists. He also had four shot attempts, won 12 of 14 duels and six fouls as he controlled the midfield against Supra.
Ollie Bassett (Inter Toronto)
Bassett had strong performances in both of Inter Toronto's matches this week. He picked up an assist in their draw with Vancouver FC midweek, before scoring his first of the season against Pacific on Sunday. His set piece deliveries also played an important role in several other Toronto goals.
Nathaniel Edwards (Cavalry FC)
Edwards added his sixth goal of the season in Cavalry's 6-0 win over FC Supra. He also created three chances and won three of four duels.
Forwards
Marco Bustos (Pacific FC)
Bustos was brilliant in Pacific's second win of the season against Inter Toronto on Sunday. He scored a brace, both from the penalty spots, and also an assist while providing a threat to the Inter Toronto backline throughout the match.
Ali Musse (Cavalry FC)
A brilliant hat-trick from the Cavalry attacker, the first in the club's history, was rounded out with an insane stoppage-time free-kick goal.
Ballou Tabla (Atlético Ottawa)
Tabla scored his tenth of the season as Atlético Ottawa held on for a 1-0 victory over the Halifax Wanderers on Saturday. He finished with three shots, completed two dribbles and won possession six times.
