TORONTO - Inter Toronto Football Club announces that Justin Mastrangelo has joined the Inter Toronto Pathway ahead of the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.

Born in Woodbridge, Canada, the 16-year-old central midfielder operates primarily as a CM or CDM, bringing balance, discipline, and consistency to the middle of the pitch. A right-footed player who also holds Italian nationality, Mastrangelo has developed with Inter Toronto Pathway following previous experience with FB Soccer Club and Juventus Academy Toronto.

A hardworking and reliable presence in midfield, Mastrangelo stands out for his ability to contribute defensively while maintaining structure within the team. His reading of the game and positioning allow him to anticipate play effectively, helping organize those around him and bring stability in key moments.

His journey with Inter Toronto has been built on consistency and a clear commitment to improvement, focusing on developing his game, gaining experience, and pushing toward a higher level within a demanding environment.

Mastrangelo joined the club through the tryout process, before earning his place within the academy, reflecting both patience and determination in his pathway.

Within the Inter Toronto environment, that progression has translated into a stronger understanding of the game and greater consistency in his performances, as he continues to evolve within the club’s structure.

“My goals for this season are to keep improving, be consistent in my performances, and contribute as much as I can to the team. Long term, I want to keep developing and work toward playing at the highest level possible,” said Mastrangelo.

For Mastrangelo, the pathway provides a clear route forward, as he continues to push toward the First Team while developing at a higher competitive level.
