TORONTO - Inter Toronto Football Club announces that David Peraza has joined the Inter Toronto Pathway ahead of the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.

Born in Newmarket, Ontario, the 16-year-old winger operates primarily on the left and right, bringing attacking versatility and creativity in wide areas. A right-footed player who also holds Uruguayan and Croatian nationality, Peraza has developed within the club’s pathway, currently progressing with Inter Toronto II after previously representing AIFC.

An attacking player focused on chance creation, Peraza stands out for his ability to navigate tight spaces and create opportunities in the final third. Comfortable in difficult situations on the ball, he combines quick decision-making with strong vision, allowing him to identify and generate chances that others may not see.

His journey with Inter Toronto began through the club’s tryout process in late 2025, where he quickly integrated into the environment and took an important step in his early development within the pathway.

Peraza’s progression has been shaped by a strong level of commitment to the game, including the willingness to make sacrifices in pursuit of opportunities. His experience reflects the demands of pursuing football at a higher level, from long travel distances to time away from home, all contributing to his growth and maturity at a young age.

“My goal this season is to win as many games as possible and hopefully make it pro one day. Representing Inter Toronto means hard work and passion,” said Peraza.

Within the Inter Toronto environment, that development has translated into a deeper understanding of the game and its demands, both mentally and on the pitch, as he continues to evolve as a more complete player.

For Peraza, the pathway represents continued growth and a clear direction forward, as he works toward his objective of reaching the professional level and competing at the highest standard.
