TORONTO - Inter Toronto Football Club announces that Azarias Sackrule-Watt has joined the Inter Toronto Pathway ahead of the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.
Born in Canada, the 17-year-old winger operates primarily on the left and right, bringing pace, creativity, and attacking intent in wide areas. A right-footed player who also holds Jamaican, Trinidadian, and Barbadian nationality, Sackrule-Watt has developed with Inter Toronto III following previous experience with Pickering FC and Prospects 2 Pro.
A dynamic attacking player, Sackrule-Watt stands out for his speed, dribbling ability, and capacity to create chances in the final third. His quickness allows him to separate from defenders, while his technical ability and decision-making help him generate opportunities and contribute consistently in attacking phases.
His journey with Inter Toronto began when he attended the open trials, where he quickly connected with the environment and impressed the coaching staff. That experience confirmed his decision to continue his development within the club.
Sackrule-Watt’s progression has also been shaped by resilience. His previous achievements include being part of a Northern Ireland Super Cup Globe Division championship-winning team, winning a U17 league title, and earning Most Valuable Attacker honours at the FTF Summer Combine in 2025.
“It's really an honour to represent Inter Toronto Pathway and be able to grow the game together,” said Sackrule-Watt.
Within Inter Toronto, that development has translated into a stronger understanding of the game and continued improvement in key areas, as he works toward progressing within the pathway.
For Sackrule-Watt, the pathway provides a clear opportunity to take the next steps in his career, with the objective of earning opportunities at higher levels and continuing his progression toward the professional game.
