TORONTO - Inter Toronto Football Club announces that Ali Majed has joined the Inter Toronto Pathway ahead of the 2026 Ontario Premier League season.

Born in Edmonton, Alberta, the 18-year-old central midfielder operates primarily as a CM or CDM, bringing composure, intelligence, and control in possession. A 6’2” player who also holds Lebanese nationality, Majed has developed with Inter Toronto II following previous experience with Northside United FC, Whitecaps Edmonton Academy, and Rayo Vallecano Academy.

A technically reliable midfielder, Majed stands out for his understanding of the game and comfort on the ball. His ability to read situations quickly allows him to make decisions under pressure while maintaining possession and keeping play flowing. He also brings a high level of coachability and awareness, consistently adapting his game through feedback and experience.

His previous experience includes notable achievements such as being a three-time Provincial Champion in Alberta and winning the Madrid Easter Cup with Rayo Vallecano, reflecting his ability to compete and succeed in different environments.

His journey to Inter Toronto began when he attended an open try out. After strong performances throughout the process, he earned his place within the club, demonstrating both consistency and confidence under pressure.

Majed’s development has also been shaped by resilience, particularly during periods without a consistent platform to showcase his ability. Through that time, he remained focused on his progression, continuing to put in the work and seek opportunities, a mindset that has defined his pathway to this point.

“Inter Toronto was the best choice for me because I have seen what the club is doing for the younger generation and what ownership and the coaching staff are giving us younger players opportunities and fully investing in us,” said Majed.

For Majed, the pathway provides a clear route forward, as he continues to develop within a system that supports progression to higher levels through performance and consistency.
