Ramos opened the scoring in the 36th minute before an own goal from Gavranovic doubled Inter Toronto's advantage in the 42nd minute, sending the visitors into halftime with a 2–0 lead.
Inter Toronto continued to press after the break, with Ramos completing his brace in the 68th minute to extend the lead to three. Chhoeun restored the three-goal advantage in the 76th minute, and Yshaia added a fifth just one minute later to complete the scoring.
Beyond his goal, Yshaia contributed an assist and delivered a strong performance in midfield. Ali Majed also impressed in the middle of the park, while Jason Brown, Nico Andrada and Esteban Cebena were among the defensive standouts.
Ramos Among League's Leading Scorers
Individually, Ramos' two-goal performance brought his season tally to nine, moving him into a tie for second place in the league's scoring standings alongside The Borough FC's Karim Meradija.
Both players trail Richmond Hill SC midfielder Herad Mohamadi, who leads the competition with 12 goals.
Inter Toronto also has two other players among the league's leading scorers, with David Peraza recording seven goals and Yshaia contributing five. With three players represented among the competition's top scorers, Inter Toronto's attacking production reflects the contributions of several members of the squad throughout the campaign.
Inter Toronto's attacking performance against Sigma Forge further strengthened its position as the highest-scoring team in the Ontario Premier League Fall U-20, with 38 goals through nine matches.
The squad has also conceded just 15 goals, giving it the fifth-best defensive record in the competition and a goal difference of +23.
From the Inter Toronto Pathway to the CPL First Team
The victory also highlighted the connection between Inter Toronto's Pathway and its Canadian Premier League First Team. Five players: Nico Andrada, David Peraza, Ty Clarke, Jason Brown and Chimaobim Onyeocha, were also part of the First Team squad that defeated Atlético Ottawa 2–1 at York Lions Stadium on Sunday, October 25.
Andrada, 18, earned his second CPL start of the season against Ottawa, while Clarke and Peraza entered the match as second-half substitutes. Brown, a promising 16-year-old talent from East Gwillimbury, Ontario, reached a significant milestone in his young career, making his professional debut in the second half. Onyeocha was also included in the First Team matchday squad, bringing the total to five Pathway players selected for the club's final CPL fixture of 2026.
One Final Regular-Season Match Ahead
Inter Toronto U20 Blue will look to build on its recent performance when it hosts Windsor City FC on Sunday, November 1, at 7:15 p.m. at OSC, in its final regular-season match.
With 16 points and a place in the playoffs still in focus, the team enters its season finale looking to strengthen its position in the standings and continue its development within the Inter Toronto Pathway.
