Ticket Exchange
Ticket Exchange is an exclusive benefit for Season Seat Members, allowing you to swap your tickets out of a game you can’t attend, and exchange them into another game!*
Can’t make a match? No problem. With Forge FC’s Ticket Exchange Program, you have the flexibility to make the most of your membership — whether that means swapping your tickets to a different match or sharing them with friends.
Season Seat Members can exchange tickets into another home game by contacting their Ticketing Representative at least 7 days in advance of the match. Prefer to pass your seats along? Easily transfer tickets to friends or family anytime through your Account Manager.
Ticket Exchange
Determine the matches you want to exchange.
Contact your account manager or call 905-547-3674 at least 7 business days before the match you are exchanging.
Please note that the barcode on your original ticket(s) will be deactivated in our system and will become invalid. Only the new ticket(s) will have valid barcodes.
*Ticket management and reallocation will be at the discretion of Forge FC on a first-come, first-served basis while tickets are available. Requests must be made 7 business days before a game. Regular-season tickets cannot be exchanged for potential home playoff game tickets.
Transfer Tickets to Friends
Select the match and tickets you’d like to send.
Enter your recipient’s contact information.
Complete the transfer instantly via mobile.
Resell Your Tickets
Navigate to My Tickets, and select the seats you'd like to list for sale.
Choose your tickets, click Sell, and set your asking price.
Once your tickets sell, payment is processed directly through Ticketmaster to your preferred payment method on file.
Ticket Donations
If you'd like to donate your tickets, please reach out to the Forge FC ticketing team and we'll take care of the rest. Your seats will be donated to local youth and community groups, helping bring the beautiful game to more people right here in Hamilton.
