OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Vancouver FC Flex Pack Contest
1. Sponsor
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Vancouver FC Sports Inc. (“Vancouver FC” or the “Sponsor”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 12, 2026, and ends at 8:00 a.m. PT on June 12, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of British Columbia who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

Employees, officers, and directors of Vancouver FC, the Canadian Premier League, and Artigiano

Their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies; and
-
Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons residing in the same household as any of the above.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
(a) Automatic Entry – Flex Pack Purchase
Individuals who purchase any eligible Vancouver FC Flex Pack product during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible Flex Pack purchase.
(b) No Purchase Necessary Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter without purchasing a Flex Pack, send an email before 8:00 a.m. PT on June 12, 2026 to: memberservices@vancouverfc.com, including:

A minimum 50-word original statement describing why you support Vancouver FC
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
5. Prizes
Three (3) prizes are available:
First Prize (1 winner)

One (1) television with an approximate retail value of CAD $500;

One (1) Team Canada jersey; and
-
One (1) Team Canada ball cap.
Approximate retail value: CAD $700.
Second Prize (1 winner)

One (1) Team Canada jersey; and
-
One (1) Team Canada ball cap.
Approximate retail value: CAD $200.
Third Prize (1 winner)
- One (1) Team Canada ball cap.
Approximate retail value: CAD $50.
Prize Conditions:

Prizes are non-transferable.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted on June 12, 2026, in British Columbia from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw may occur live during Vancouver FC’s Team Canada Viewing Party event.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone or email.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
-
Sign and return a declaration and release form within the time specified by the Sponsor.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or fails to return required documentation within the specified timeframe, an alternate entrant may be selected.
7. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Vancouver FC and Artigiano may use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Vancouver FC, SixFive Sports & Entertainment Inc., Artigiano, the Canadian Premier League, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical errors of any kind.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with applicable law.
10. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
