Vancouver FC “Win a 4-Pack” Contest (vs. Forge FC)

1. Sponsor

This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Vancouver FC Sports Inc. (“Vancouver FC” or the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, September 17, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of British Columbia who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

  • Employees, officers, and directors of Vancouver FC and the Canadian Premier League;

  • Their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies; and

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons residing in the same household as any of the above.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, during the Contest Period, comment on the official Vancouver FC Instagram post announcing the Contest with a description of your “moment of the season.” To be eligible, an entrant’s Instagram account must be public at the time of the draw so the Sponsor can verify and contact the entrant.

Limit one (1) eligible entry per person, regardless of the number of comments submitted. Multiple comments from the same account will count as a single entry.

5. Prize

One (1) prize is available:

  • Four (4) Canada Club tickets to the Vancouver FC vs. Forge FC match on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the Stadium at Langley Events Centre.

Approximate retail value: CAD $200.

Prize Conditions:

  1. The prize is non-transferable.

  2. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

  3. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, including if the September 26, 2026 match is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on or about September 18, 2026, in British Columbia from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by Instagram direct message, telephone, or email.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

  1. Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and

  2. Sign and return a declaration and release form within the time specified by the Sponsor.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or fails to return required documentation within the specified timeframe, an alternate entrant may be selected.

7. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Vancouver FC may use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Vancouver FC, SixFive Sports & Entertainment Inc., the Canadian Premier League, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical errors of any kind, including errors or outages affecting Instagram or other third-party platforms.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected for this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
